We provide redaction services for data controllers who receive data access requests from, or on behalf of, data subjects.
We will review the relevant data and decide what content is of relevance to the individual making the access request. Certain information may be redacted in accordance with the limited exemptions under the Acts.
While responsibility for compliance with data access requests lies with the data controller, Adjuro offers data controllers expert assistance in the redaction process.
If required, Adjuro will provide the data controller with a written report summarising the basis on which redactions have been made.
